The Event ~ Fall is in the Air!


My front yard in autumn.  How splendid!

Autumn is my favorite time of year ~ especially when the colors come out.  God's beautiful creations burst with reds, golds, orange.  Weather is mild, providing relief to the hot summer months, and teasing us with the promise of winter's rage to set in a few months from now.  

Autumn is an eventful time of year.  I feel so blessed to enjoy a scene like this through my front picture window!  Merle seems to enjoy it just as much!

I LOVE fall! I look forward to it every year and am very sad when it chooses to leave. I only wish it would last longer - or at least as long as the darn summer does. :)
