Christmas 2019 was the last Christmas Tom would celebrate with us. The family just lost Dad a few weeks before Christmas, so this was our first Christmas without him. We missed you Dad!

We divided into teams a couple months before Christmas to do a CHOPPED contest during Christmas. Everyon suggested an ingredient and two ingredients were chosen to use. That ended up being peanut butter cups and gouda cheese, which had to be used in each of the teams meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert. Then everyone voted on the best prepared meal based on taste and presentation. It was a fun time
